Customer requires:
 Customer put forward the employ requirements, fill out the unitary “Headhunting  Service Power of Attorney “provided by the Us-sam headhunting, and provide company introduction, organizational chart, position descriptions, position requirements along with salary levels and benefits for the position, and give recognition to sign for confirmation .

Position Analysis and Evaluation:
According to customer commissioned orders, Us-sam headhunting analyzes the talent distribution for each position, has assessed the difficulty degree of searching and hunting, and makes suggestions for the analysis results , contacts with clients again, until both sides have the same understanding for this position requirements.

Sign the contract:
According to the analysis results, the two sides together negotiate and sign “Commission Headhunting Agreement”, further clarify the responsibilities, rights and obligations for both sides. After signing the agreement, customers pay for searching money at the agreed time in advance.

Develop and implement the search program
 According to our deep understanding for the customers industries, we combine with job specific requirements, and formulate a detailed searching program for each vacant position.

Preliminary test and comprehensive evaluation
 For the searched finalists, Us-sam headhunting will arrange the first test , then will arranged the pertinence integration testing for those who pass the first test, and provide the reporting data of appropriate candidates based on the test results.

Recommendation and re-examination
    According to Us-sam headhunting recommends the information of appropriate candidates, employers interviews, review.

Successfully recommend and employ
For the candidates recommended by Us-sam headhunting, the employer reexamine and pass, come to an agreement by two sides, and the candidate transacts the formal employ procedures based on the separation procedures with original unit.

 Clearing and follow-up services
 Us-sam headhunting recommends the concerning talent to the commissioning unit, within five working days after registering, the commission one-time pay the residual balance. Thereafter, Us-sam headhunting will continue tracking service; in time proceed the assessment track for the talent working situation in units.
